Since our products are handmade and personalized, each item is specially created according to customer requirements.


Returns

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.


However, if you receive:

* A damaged product, or

* The wrong item

please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.


Refund or Replacement

After reviewing the issue, we will either:

* Provide a replacement, or

* Offer an appropriate solution based on the situation.


Customization Errors

Please make sure that all personalization details (names, dates, photos, spellings, etc.) provided by you are correct. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
